Opps, maybe too much too soon

On Tuesday I was full of high hopes and celebrating smashing it in the gym so far. Today is the polar opposite... I've had to cancel some clients and spend most the day in bed.


Fatigue is horrible, nightmarishly horrible!


Even moving an arm or leg feels like you're dragging a ton of concrete with you.


Fatigue is so very different to feeling tired and its not until you experience it you can tell the genuine difference.


Today reminds me when things just "click into place" and I feel I can take on the world pacing is key, don't over do it, save some energy for emergencies.


I guess it's like the tiny spare tank, full of fuel you have in the car.... it's there to get you out of a tight spot. I need to remember this.


At least this happened now before I officially start my 30 day movement-fitness challenge.

Tomorrow is another day and I hope to back at the gym doing reduced exercises.
